A client can buy a house plan from an Architecture & Design Firm or a freelance architect from any country here. All PlansPlace members negotiate directly without involving an intermediary and close deals independently in a convenient way.

PlansPlace does not act as an intermediary. We do not accept payments or participate in your communication with the plan architect. We want you to always get a well-designed, efficient, and well-thought-out home from its architect, even if they are from another country. Talk directly to the architect about the plan you like. If you are from different countries and face a language barrier, then simply buy a CAD Concept file from the plan architect and forward it to your local architect.
