CAD Concept means a electronic editable CAD file (DWG, IFC, RVT, PLN, SKP, BIMx) containing only dimensioned plans and elevations. It is sold by the architect to all clients not from their country so that they could submit it to a local architect for developing the construction documents that would adhere to the building codes of their country. Some architects may sell this file only to their local market or not sell it at all.
CAD Set means a full electronic editable full CAD file (DWG, IFC, RVT, PLN, SKP, BIMx) with a license to build a single house only or an unlimited number of houses under your plan. It is mainly sold by the architect to their local market.
CAD Set+C means that the architect sells both files. You can buy CAD Concept or CAD Set.
CAD None means that the architect doesn't sell the electronic editable CAD files.
