Customizing Your Plan

If you would like to modify a foreign architect’s house plan, you have two options:

1. Modifications by the Original Architect

Work directly with the original architect to refine the concept. Once the changes are complete, purchase the updated digital concept and forward it to your local architect to prepare construction documents.

2. Modifications by Your Local Architect

Purchase the digital concept as-is, work with your local architect to make changes, and then proceed with preparing the construction documents.

All payments are protected through a secure escrow system. Funds are held securely and released only after you approve the work. If the order is not delivered as agreed, you’re eligible for a refund.
