This house plan can be modified to fit your family’s lifestyle and your lot’s specifics.
Plan 59002R is a 4-bedroom 2-story house plan with 3030 ft² of living space, a hip & valley roof punctuated by dormers, and a modern farmhouse character that blends Country, New American and classic American lines. Siding, stone/brick veneer and brick wrap the exterior, and the footprint measures 59'4" wide and 58'8" deep. Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bath make it a generous single-family home for every season.
The main floor follows an open floor plan, so the large family room, the kitchen and the breakfast nook read as one connected space. A fireplace anchors the family room, which makes this a true house plan with fireplace for long winter evenings. The large kitchen works around a central island with a breakfast bar for quick meals and conversation while dinner is under way, and the breakfast nook gives the family a relaxed spot for morning coffee without moving to a formal table.
The bedrooms follow a split layout. The master suite sits on the main floor, away from the other bedrooms, and includes a walk-in closet for quiet, private living. On the opposite side, two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath, a practical arrangement for siblings. Laundry on the main floor keeps everyday chores close at hand, and dedicated storage helps the house stay orderly. Above the garage, a bonus room adds flexible space for a playroom, a home office, a gym or a guest retreat.
Outside, a covered front porch welcomes guests, while a screened porch and a deck extend the living areas toward the back for summer meals and quiet afternoons. The attached 3-car garage combines front-entry and side-entry access. The house is drawn on the foundation as shown, and is also available with a crawl space, a slab, a monolithic slab, a stem wall or a basement on request. The exterior walls are framed as shown, with 2×6 exterior walls available as an option.
