This house plan can be modified to fit your family’s lifestyle and your lot’s specifics.
Plan 67090R is a 5-bedroom coastal house plan rising four stories and offering 5091 ft² of living space under a hip & valley roof. This elevated single family home blends Coastal and American styling, with siding on the exterior walls and stacked porches across the elevation. The house measures 45'0" wide and 53'9" deep, and an elevator links every floor, so the full height stays easy to use for every generation of the family.
The layout follows a reverse living floor plan: the main gathering rooms sit on an upper level rather than at the ground, where they catch more light and open toward the outdoor spaces. An open floor plan joins the living area, the dining space and the rear kitchen into one generous room. The kitchen is built for real cooking and casual meals alike, with a central island, a breakfast bar for quick mornings, a breakfast nook for slower ones and a walk-in pantry that keeps supplies out of sight. A media room gives the household a separate place for movie nights, away from the open main space.
Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms mean every bedroom can have a bath of its own. The plan includes 2 master suites, each with a walk-in closet, which suits shared ownership, adult children or long visits from family. An in-law suite adds even more independence for relatives who stay with you. Split bedrooms keep the sleeping rooms apart for privacy, and the laundry room on the second floor is close to where the clothes are actually worn and stored.
At ground level, a 2-car drive-under garage with front entry tucks the vehicles beneath the house, and living space above it makes full use of the footprint. A defined entry leads from the garage and the covered front porch into the home. Outdoors, a covered rear porch, a balcony and a rooftop deck give each level its own place for fresh air, and the stacked porches let you step outside from more than one floor. The house is built on the foundation as shown, and it is also available with a crawl space, a slab, a monolithic slab, a stem wall or a basement on request. The exterior walls are framed as shown, with 2×6 exterior walls available as an option.
