This house plan can be modified to fit your family’s lifestyle and your lot’s specifics.
Plan 76809R is a 4-bedroom three-story house plan with modern farmhouse character, offering 4005 ft² of living space under a roofline that pairs gable and hip & valley forms, with the ridge parallel to the street. The L-shaped single family home also draws on Country, New American and American design, finished in siding and brick, and measures 74'4" wide and 61'9" deep. Four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a half bath give a large or multigenerational family room to spread out.
The open floor plan is built around a large family room with a fireplace and a sitting area, where large windows and floor-to-ceiling windows bring daylight deep into the house. The rear kitchen is generous and practical: an island and a breakfast bar handle quick meals and homework, a breakfast nook suits slower weekend mornings, and a walk-in pantry keeps supplies organized and out of sight. A home office gives work a quiet room of its own, and a mudroom catches coats, boots and backpacks before they reach the living spaces.
The master suite sits on the second floor, with the bedrooms clustered together and a walk-in closet, and the laundry is on the same level, so clean clothes never travel far. An in-law suite gives parents or long-stay guests privacy and comfort under the same roof. The bonus level upstairs and a bonus/flex room leave space to grow, and the plan also includes a game room, an exercise room and dedicated storage, so hobbies, workouts and seasonal gear each have a place.
Outside, a covered front porch welcomes guests, a screened porch stretches the outdoor season, and an outdoor fireplace keeps cool evenings by the fire going. The attached 3-car garage combines front entry and side entry. The house is drawn on the foundation as shown, without a basement, and is also available with a crawl space, slab, monolithic slab, stem wall or basement foundation on request; 2×6 exterior walls are offered as an option as well.
