This house plan can be modified to fit your family’s lifestyle and your lot’s specifics.
Plan 85576R is a 5-bedroom luxury house plan with four stories, 5355 ft² of living space and a brick exterior beneath a hip and valley roof. Its character draws on English, French Country, Tudor and Tuscan traditions, blended into a European-inspired American mansion. The home measures 79'4" wide and 75'6" deep, and an elevator links every level so the full height of the house stays easy to use.
The main living areas follow a closed floor plan, giving each room its own shape and purpose. The large family room is anchored by a fireplace and opens to vaulted ceilings, a natural place to gather on a winter evening. The rear kitchen is generously sized and works hard: a central island, a breakfast bar for quick meals, a breakfast nook for slower mornings and a walk-in pantry that keeps supplies out of sight. A home office gives quiet space for work, and a bay window brings extra light and depth to the interior.
The second-floor master suite is the private heart of the house. It has its own fireplace, a sitting area and a walk-in closet, plus direct access to the second-floor laundry. The bedrooms are clustered together, which keeps the family close. An in-law suite welcomes parents or long-stay guests, and with five full bathrooms and one half bath, every bedroom is well served. A bonus room above the garage adds flexible space for a playroom, studio or media room, and dedicated storage keeps the home orderly.
Outside, a portico and a covered front porch create a gracious entry, while a balcony looks out from above. Outdoor living is a real strength here: a screened porch, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor fireplace extend the season well into cool nights. The 3-car garage with upstairs space offers both front entry and side entry. The foundation is built as shown in the plans, and the design is also available with a crawl space, slab, monolithic slab, stem wall or basement foundation, as well as with 2×6 exterior walls on request.
