Plan 88916C is a 4-bedroom three-story house plan that brings European, Prairie and Traditional influences together under a low hip roof with a 4/12 (18°) pitch. Spread over three levels and 2644 ft², this single family home is finished in brick and wood, and its broad roof planes and steady horizontal lines give the façade a calm, grounded presence. The house measures 40'9" wide and 52'5" deep, with a height of 28'3".
A proper entry leads into an open floor plan where the large family room and the kitchen share one generous space, so cooking, homework and conversation happen side by side. The large kitchen is planned for real use: a central island gives plenty of prep room, a breakfast bar seats the family for quick meals, and a walk-in pantry keeps bulk supplies out of sight. Large windows and floor-to-ceiling windows, along with a corner window, open the interior to daylight and views, and on a grey afternoon the rooms still feel bright.
The second floor master suite includes a walk-in closet, and the bedrooms are clustered so parents stay close to the children. Three full bathrooms serve the four bedrooms comfortably, which eases the morning rush. A second floor laundry sits right where the clothes are worn and stored, sparing trips up and down the stairs. A bonus/flex room adapts to whatever the household needs, whether a home office, playroom or guest space, while a utility room and dedicated storage keep the mechanical equipment and seasonal items organized.
Outside, a covered front porch welcomes visitors and a covered rear porch offers a sheltered spot for summer evenings outdoors. The house has no basement and is designed on strip footings, and it is also available with a slab or a concrete block foundation. The exterior walls are framed in aerated concrete block, with clay hollow block or sand-lime block available on request. This plan does not include a garage, keeping the full footprint devoted to the living spaces of a hip roof home with timeless curb appeal.
