Plan 11793R is a 3-bedroom single-story house plan with a contemporary European character, offering 1328 ft² of living space under a low single-slope roof with a 2/12 (9.5°) pitch. Laid out in an L-shape, the modern house measures 73'9" wide and 56'8" deep, with a height of 16'7". The exterior combines stone/brick veneer with smooth stucco, and large windows and floor-to-ceiling windows give the facade a clean, current look.
The front entry opens into a closed floor plan, where each living zone has its own defined room. The large family room is the heart of the home, and its vaulted ceilings and tall glazing bring daylight deep into the space and keep it bright on winter afternoons. The large kitchen is a practical workspace with a walk-in pantry for bulk storage and a breakfast nook for quick morning meals and homework at the table. Because the kitchen is separate from the family room, cooking stays out of sight when guests are over.
The three bedrooms are clustered in one wing of the L, apart from the daytime rooms, so the private side of the house stays quiet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the plan includes one full bathroom and one half bathroom, so visitors can use the powder room without passing through the sleeping area. A separate utility room handles laundry and household equipment and keeps them out of the living spaces.
Outside, a covered side porch offers a sheltered spot for a morning coffee or an evening outdoors. The 1-car garage has a front entry for easy access from the street. This house plan without a basement stands on a pile foundation and is also available with a slab, strip or block foundation. The exterior walls are framed in silicate block, and the plan can also be ordered with aerated concrete, ceramic block or wood frame walls.
