Plan 23072C is a 2-bedroom single-story house plan that blends Bungalow, European and Traditional character in 1958 ft² of thoughtfully arranged living space. A pyramid roof with a 6/12 pitch crowns the compact, nearly square footprint, which measures 47'5" wide and 47'1" deep, with a height of 22'8". The exterior pairs stone/brick veneer with smooth stucco, so the single family home looks solid and quietly refined.
The entry opens into an open floor plan where the large family room, the kitchen and the breakfast nook share one generous space. A fireplace anchors the family room and makes it the natural gathering place on winter evenings, while large windows and floor-to-ceiling windows bring daylight deep into the house. The large kitchen is built for real cooking and everyday company: a breakfast bar invites quick meals and conversation, the breakfast nook offers a relaxed spot for morning coffee, and a walk-in pantry keeps supplies organized and out of sight.
The two bedrooms are clustered together, forming a quiet wing set apart from the living area, and two full bathrooms mean each bedroom has convenient access to its own bath. A home office gives a dedicated place to work or study without taking over the family room. Practical rooms complete the layout: a utility room for laundry and household tasks and a storage room for seasonal items and everyday gear.
Outside, a covered rear porch extends the living space and offers a sheltered place for summer meals or a quiet evening outdoors. The house stands on strip footings and is framed with aerated concrete walls; it is also available with a slab or a concrete block foundation, and with clay block or calcium silicate block walls. This one-story house plan has no basement and no garage, which keeps the design simple and focused on comfortable everyday living on one level.
