Plan 56808R is a 3-bedroom, 3-story house plan with 3273 ft² of living space, drawn in a Classical and Neoclassical spirit with European and Traditional details and crowned by a hip roof with a 5/12 (22°) pitch. The exterior walls combine stucco and panels, and the single family home measures 47'6" wide and 67'4" deep, with a height of 31'7". A columned portico marks the front entry and sets a formal, symmetrical tone that carries through the whole design.
Inside, an open floor plan joins the main living areas into one generous space. The large family room, more than 270 ft², is anchored by a fireplace, making this a true house plan with fireplace for long winter evenings. The large kitchen, more than 130 ft², opens to the family room and offers a breakfast bar for quick meals and conversation with the cook, while a breakfast nook gives the family a relaxed spot for morning coffee. An entry space greets guests and keeps coats and shoes away from the living areas.
The bedrooms follow a split arrangement for privacy. The master suite sits on the second floor, with a walk-in closet, and all three bedrooms are served by three full bathrooms, so no one has to share at busy hours. Laundry on the second floor puts the washer and dryer close to the bedrooms, where the clothes are worn and stored. A bonus/flex room adapts to a home office, playroom or guest space, and a utility room and storage keep the household organized across the three stories.
Outside, stacked porches add depth to the facade, and a balcony and a covered rear porch extend the living space into the open air for summer dinners. The attached, front entry garage holds one car, and the house is designed without a basement. The home stands on strip footings and is also available with a slab or a concrete block foundation. The exterior walls are framed in autoclaved aerated concrete, and the plan can also be built with clay hollow blocks or calcium silicate blocks on request.
