Plan 11806C is a 3-bedroom single-story house plan with a flat roof and a crisp contemporary profile, offering 2633 ft² of living space on one level. Modern and high-tech in character, this single family home follows an H-shaped footprint that measures 66'9" wide and 98'5" deep, with a height of 19'2". The facades combine wood, panels and flexible ceramic. The exterior walls are framed in aerated concrete, and ceramic hollow block or sand-lime block framing is also available on request.
The open floor plan joins a large family room and a large kitchen into one generous, connected space. Floor-to-ceiling windows, window walls and a corner window bring the garden into view, and on short winter afternoons daylight still reaches deep into the rooms. The kitchen is planned around an island that works as both a prep station and a gathering spot. A breakfast nook handles quick morning meals, and a walk-in pantry keeps supplies organized and out of sight.
The three bedrooms are clustered together, which keeps the private part of the house calm and compact. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has its own walk-in closet, and with three full bathrooms nobody waits in line in the morning. A home office gives a quiet place for remote work, while a bonus/flex room can serve as a playroom, a gym or a guest room as the family's needs change. Daily routines run smoothly thanks to the entry, laundry on the main floor, a utility room and dedicated storage.
The house stands on continuous strip footings with no basement; a slab or a concrete block foundation is also available. A front-entry carport shelters two cars, and a covered side porch extends the living space outdoors for summer dinners or a quiet coffee. Panoramic windows and large windows on the facades complete a modern house plan that puts light, open space and practical rooms on a single floor.
