Plan 64824R is a 3-bedroom, 3-story house plan with 1423 ft² of living space, a European and Traditional character, and a low shed roof set at a 2/12 (9.5°) pitch. The single-family home measures 36'1" wide, 38'1" deep and 22'4" high, and its facades combine stone/brick veneer, wood and stucco. That mix of textures gives the house a calm, layered look, while the slim roofline keeps it contemporary. The exterior walls are framed in calcium silicate block, and the design is also available with aerated concrete, ceramic block or wood frame construction.
The front door opens into a defined entry, which keeps coats and boots away from the main living area. Beyond it, an open floor plan joins the kitchen with a large family room, so cooking, conversation and homework all happen in one space. The kitchen works hard for its size: a central island gives prep space, a breakfast bar seats quick meals and casual guests, and a breakfast nook offers a quieter spot for the first coffee of the day. A corner window wraps daylight across two walls and opens the interior to the view.
The sleeping quarters are planned with family life in mind. The three bedrooms are clustered together, and the master suite sits on the second floor with its own walk-in closet. Two full bathrooms serve the household, so mornings run smoothly even with everyone at home. The practical rooms are well thought out too. The laundry is on the main floor, close to daily traffic rather than hidden upstairs, and a separate utility room houses the mechanical equipment. A private sauna turns the house into a place to unwind after a cold walk or a long week, which is a rare find in a house plan of this scale.
Outside, the home stands on a bored pile foundation without a basement. A slab, strip footing or block foundation is also available on request. The attached 1-car garage has front entry, giving direct, sheltered access from the car to the house. A deck extends the living space outdoors for summer dinners and evenings in the open air. Spread over three stories, this European-style home offers a compact footprint, a generous open interior and a few touches of everyday comfort.
