House plan 14977C is a 3-bedroom three-story house plan with 2482 ft² of living space, shaped in a clean contemporary European style beneath a hip and valley roof with a 5/12 pitch. The square footprint measures 42'6" wide and 49'1" deep, with a height of 32'9". Smooth stucco combined with flexible ceramic cladding gives the modern exterior a calm, finished look, while large windows, a corner window and floor-to-ceiling windows open the rooms to daylight on every side.
The main living level follows an open floor plan built around a large family room and a large kitchen. The kitchen is organized for real family use: a central island, a breakfast bar for quick meals, a breakfast nook set by a corner window, and a walk-in pantry that keeps supplies out of sight. Because cooking, dining and relaxing share one continuous space, the person at the stove stays part of the conversation, and the family room has room for a generous seating group. A home office provides a quiet place to work away from the bustle of the kitchen.
The second floor master suite sits with the other bedrooms in a clustered layout, so parents and children sleep close to one another. The owner's bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and with three full bathrooms in the house, morning routines run without a queue. Practical spaces are placed where they belong: the laundry and the utility room are on the lower level, together with dedicated storage, keeping noise and household equipment away from the bedrooms.
The house stands on a full basement foundation, which adds usable space below the main floors; a slab, block or strip footing foundation is also available on request. The exterior walls are framed in aerated concrete, with ceramic hollow block or sand-lime block available as alternatives. A portico marks the front entry, a balcony extends the upper floor outdoors, and a covered rear porch offers a sheltered spot for summer evenings. This plan has no garage, leaving the entire footprint for the home itself.
