Plan 94373C is a 4-bedroom 3-story house plan that blends European, traditional and transitional character under a hip roof. Spread over three levels with 2017 ft² of living space, this single-family home pairs stone/brick veneer with wood on the facade, and the 6/12 roof pitch keeps the silhouette balanced and composed. The house measures 37'9" wide and 63'2" deep, with a height of 28'0", and fits four bedrooms and three full bathrooms within that footprint.
A proper entry greets guests and gives the home a sense of arrival before it opens into an open floor plan where the everyday rooms flow into one another. The large kitchen anchors the main level and offers generous work and storage space for a busy family. A breakfast nook beside it handles quick weekday mornings and slow weekend coffees, so the kitchen becomes the natural gathering point of the house. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of daylight into the shared spaces and connect the rooms visually with the outdoors.
The sleeping quarters are planned as clustered bedrooms, keeping the family close together on the upper level. This is a second floor master layout, and the primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet that keeps clothing and seasonal items out of sight. Three full bathrooms serve the four bedrooms, which eases the morning rush. Practical rooms are not an afterthought: laundry on the main floor saves trips up and down the stairs, while a utility room and dedicated storage keep equipment, cleaning supplies and household gear organized.
The two-car garage has a front entry and extends forward of the main facade, giving the front elevation depth and keeping vehicles and bikes within easy reach. Out back, a covered rear porch provides a sheltered spot for summer dinners and quiet evenings. The house has no basement and stands on strip footings; it is also available on request with a slab or a concrete block foundation. The exterior walls are built of autoclaved aerated concrete, with clay hollow block or sand-lime block available as options.
